Acesulfame K sweetener is a White crystalline powder. The melting point is 225℃, can be easily dissolved in water and most organic solvent. It can be distributed equably in foods, drinks & oral cavity hygiene products, etc. While in foods production, AK sweetener never be decomposed easily when stored in different temperature & period. Even if dry AK sweetener is kept in high temperature, ie. 100℃ within 24 hours, its character has no changes. Acesulfame-K has been proved be a kind of steady and harmless additive, never caused decayed tooth and metabolism. It can be distributed equably in foods, drinks & oral cavity hygiene products, etc.
